Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for ordered products if:
- you do not receive your order within the guaranteed time of 45 days (not including 2-5 days processing time). You can submit refund request within 10 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (i.e. 45 days) has expired.
- you receive a substantially different item with respect to color and/ or design. You can submit refund request within 10 days of receiving the item. However, you must return the item and the item must be unused and should be returned with its original packaging.
- you receive a substantially damaged product. You are then required to share the clear pictures of the damaged product through WhatsApp (+923134324174) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once having confirmation from us on the pictures, you can submit refund request within 10 days of receiving the item. However, you must return the item and the item must be unused and should be returned with its original packaging.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- You can submit the refund request by sending an email to us on email@example.com and mention your order number in the email subject.
- You will get your refund within 30 days after your refund request is accepted.
